If you have the PER and want to expand your powers, you will only have to do the 24-hour internship. where we will do the night watches, life on board for 24 hours and what this entails, such as taking positions, plotting courses, refueling and, ultimately, planning and planning a journey to cross our mini-puddle.
If you have had the title for less than 2 years, the medical certificate that was presented at the time is still valid. But if it has been more than 2 years since you obtained the PER or its renewal, you must go again to an official medical center to do the review.
If you don't find dates in the internship calendar that work well for you, talk to me and I'm sure we can arrange it for you when you can. Even if we go sailing alone, if time allows, count on it.
According to demand.
Sailing practices should only be done once. It's 16pm. that regardless of doing them when you get the PNB (Basic Navigation Pattern), or with any other recreational nautical qualification, they validate them.
They are optional practices and if you have not done them, you will only be authorized to govern motorboats.
They can be done even if you have already processed your degree. Doing these practices means increasing your powers. If you processed your degree more than 2 years ago, you will need to request a medical certificate again. You must always pay a title processing fee, which of course you would save if, at the same time that you obtain a motor title, you take the opportunity to do these internships to complement and thus only pay one processing fee.
